‘Between Memory and History’ is a virtual discussion in a series developed by the Sri Lanka Barometer under the project ‘Strengthening Reconciliation Processes in Sri Lanka’ supported by the EU and the German Federal Government.

Vihanga Perera, researcher and writer of “Between Memory and History: Sri Lanka, a Decade after the War”, and Professor Sasanka Perera were in conversation as they explore the politics of the state’s national history-building programme and discuss alternative ways of imagining narratives of Sri Lanka’s past and present.
